Enquiry Manager cum Telecaller job in Haldwani

About the role

What you'll do

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, email, and online enquiries professionally
• Make outbound calls to follow up on enquiries, leads, and pending orders
• Share correct information about products, pricing, offers, and availability
• Convert customer enquiries into confirmed orders or showroom visits in Haldwani
• Update enquiry records and customer details on a daily basis
• Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth operations
• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required
• Maintain daily call logs, enquiry reports, and follow-up status
• Ensure polite communication and excellent customer service at all times

What you'll need

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly personality
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp Business)
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to handle targets and multitask efficiently
• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in telecalling, enquiry handling, or customer support (preferred)
• Experience in textile, showroom, fashion, or retail industry in Haldwani is added advantage
