About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive based in Durg, specializing in electronics sales to enhance our customer reach across Chhattisgarh. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in B2B sales, showcasing skills in cold calling and effective client acquisition.
This role involves developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. What you'll do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market research, cold calling, and field visits in Durg.
- Conduct in-person meetings to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Handle price negotiations, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and report performance regularly.

What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (B2B, B2C or cold calling)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Must own a valid driving license and a two-wheeler license to travel across Durg
- Willing to travel sometime nearby Durg in Chhattisgarh
- Fluency in English is required
- Prior experience in selling electronic products or components
- Familiarity with Durg territory management and client onboarding
