About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive in Howrah to drive our electronics sales efforts and broaden our customer base across West Bengal. This role requires a motivated professional with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in cold calling and client acquisition.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and effectively promoting our electronics products. A thorough understanding of the local market dynamics will be essential to succeed in this position.
What you'll do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market research, cold calling, and field visits in Howrah.
- Conduct in-person meetings to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Handle price negotiations, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and report performance regularly.
- Work closely with the internal team to align with sales targets and business goals.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (B2B, B2C or cold calling)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Must own a valid driving license and a two-wheeler license to travel across Howrah
- Willing to travel sometime nearby Howrah in West Bengal
- Fluency in English is required
- Prior experience in selling electronic products or components
- Familiarity with Howrah territory management and client onboarding
