About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive based in Jhansi to enhance our market presence in the electronics sector across Uttar Pradesh. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual who thrives in a competitive environment and possesses a strong background in B2B sales.
The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in client acquisition, cold calling, and maintaining customer relationships. What you'll do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market research, cold calling, and field visits in Jhansi.
- Conduct in-person meetings to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Handle price negotiations, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and report performance regularly.
- Work closely with the internal team to align with sales targets and business goals.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (B2B, B2C or cold calling)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Must own a valid driving license and a two-wheeler license to travel across Jhansi
- Willing to travel sometime nearby Jhansi in Uttar Pradesh
- Fluency in English is required
- Prior experience in selling electronic products or components
- Familiarity with Jhansi territory management and client onboarding
