About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Pimpri, specializing in electronics sales. The role involves expanding our customer base across Maharashtra through strategic outreach and relationship building. What you'll do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market research, cold calling, and field visits in Pimpri.
- Conduct in-person meetings to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Handle price negotiations, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and report performance regularly.
- Work closely with the internal team to align with sales targets and business goals.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (B2B, B2C or cold calling)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Must own a valid driving license and a two-wheeler license to travel across Pimpri
- Willing to travel sometime nearby Pimpri in Maharashtra
- Fluency in English is required
- Prior experience in selling electronic products or components
- Familiarity with Pimpri territory management and client onboarding
