What you'll do

• Conduct time and motion studies, set Standard Minute Values (SMVs), and develop operation breakdowns for new styles.
• Analyze and enhance production line layouts to improve efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production, planning, and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, monitor line performance, and drive corrective actions to resolve inefficiencies.
• Lead line balancing and capacity planning initiatives to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Generate and maintain daily and weekly reports on productivity and operational efficiency.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by applying Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Expertise in efficiency tracking tools, work study methods, and production analysis.
• Should be local or nearby from Purulia, West Bengal
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen practices is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
