We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Purchase Executive in Dhar to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and inventory management activities. 

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, deep product knowledge, and a solid understanding of procurement procedures. This role is essential in ensuring the timely acquisition of materials and services to support business operations efficiently.

Location: Dhar, Madhya Pradesh

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough product research and identify reliable suppliers and vendors from Dhar.
• Source materials, goods, and services from local and international markets.
• Negotiate cost-effective deals and long-term supply contracts.
• Evaluate and compare vendor offers, ensuring quality and value alignment.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as necessary to avoid shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and inventory transactions.
• Inspect goods received to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with logistics/delivery teams of Dhar Madhya Pradesh and follow up on delivery timelines.
• Attend product launches, industry expos, and supplier visits.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers.
• Prepare detailed reports on purchasing activities and cost analysis.
• Ensure timely and proper packaging and delivery of goods to respective departments.
• Research market trends to identify new products and evaluate vendor innovations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing roles.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Familiarity with inventory software and ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel across Dhar to trade shows, vendor locations, and supplier meetings.
