About the role
We are hiring Female Receptionist Cum Back Office Executive in Jamshedpur to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support at our visa and immigration consultancy office.
The role requires strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle clients and office work efficiently.
Work Mode: In person only
What you'll do
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients professionally
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain visitor registers and coordinate front office activities
- Perform data entry and maintain client and document records
- Assist with visa and immigration documentation support
- Handle emails, follow-ups, and internal coordination
- Maintain Excel sheets, CRM, and office files
- Support management with daily administrative tasks
What you'll need
- Female candidate preferred
- Basic to good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Good communication skills in the local language of Jharkhand, Hindi, and basic English
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
- Experience in visa/immigration consultancy is an advantage (not mandatory)
